I wanted to thank you for all that you do – especially your support of my VBAC… It was such an amazing experience to have a vaginal birth this time. The ‘worst case scenario’ risks associated with VBACs are certainly scary, however, I never worried as I knew I was in good hands. It meant a lot to me that you were personally there for the birth at 3:30am, even though you had a very full schedule starting later that day. Dear Dr. Evans,
I wanted to thank you for the safe delivery of my baby(ies). When my older child was born I had some complications which made me worry about how the next one would go. I’m grateful that I had such competent care and that this one went so much more smoothly. Thanks for being willing to come in on the 4th of July, even though you weren’t even on call and you had other plans. I got my Independence baby!

When I moved to the States from Vienna, Austria, I was sure that nothing could match the childbirth experiences I had in Europe. But the care I received from you and Overlake hospital exceeded my expectations and was in some ways better than what I experienced in Austria.
